Author Guidelines

Authors are required to submit abstracts using the structured abstract format. This ensures consistency, clarity, and better readability for peer review and publication purposes. Please read the condensed instructions below and download the full guideline with sample abstracts provided at the end.

Required Structure

Theoretical / Research Abstracts

  1. Introduction
  2. Objective(s)
  3. Methodology
  4. Results & Discussion
  5. Conclusion

Review Abstracts

  1. Introduction

  3. Methods and Analysis
  4. Conclusion

General Formatting

  • Word Count: Max 300 words
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12 pt (except title – 14 pt bold)
  • Spacing: All body should be within 1.15 line spacing except the title line, author (s) line, affiliation (s) line, email (s) line and the lines between sections.
  • Alignment: Justified (except headings & author details – centered)
  • Page Size: A4 with 25.4 mm margins

Important Notes

  • Use only the first letter capitalization for keywords (maximum 5).
  • Do not use acronyms as keywords.
  • Provide affiliations and contact emails for corresponding authors.
  • Use only UK English.
  • Institutional Approval: Authors are required to obtain necessary prior approval from their respective institutions before submission, if applicable.
  • Use of Generative AI: Use of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL·E) must be declared explicitly in the methodology section. Authors are responsible for the content produced with such tools and must ensure originality, accuracy, and ethical compliance.
