Submission Guidelines

We invite researchers, academics, and practitioners to submit structured abstracts aligned with the symposium’s theme “Sustainability and Beyond: Unlocking the Power of Research”. Submissions must strictly follow the guidelines detailed below to ensure a smooth and fair review process.

Submission Requirements

  • Format: Submit only structured abstracts in .docx format (Microsoft Word).
  • Deadline: Abstracts must be submitted on or before 2nd June 2025.
  • Submission Template: Use the official CIRS 2025 template provided below.
  • Abstract Structure:
    • Theoretical / Research Abstracts: Introduction, Objective(s), Methodology, Results & Discussion, Conclusion.
    • Review Abstracts: Introduction, Objective(s), Methods and Analysis, Conclusion.
  • Review Process: All abstracts will undergo a double-blind peer review.
  • Camera-Ready Submission: Authors of accepted abstracts must submit the final camera-ready version in PDF format to the submission portal by the deadline notified via acceptance email.
  • Page Limit: One-page maximum.
